Prioritizing their children’s upbringing, the homeowners in Tân Phú (Ho Chi Minh City) dedicated a significant portion of their master bedroom to family gatherings every Saturday night. All audiovisual entertainment devices in the house are placed exclusively in this room.
The three-story house, designed by architects Phạm Thanh Truyền and Phạm Anh Trang, features a split-level layout, ensuring a sense of openness and comfort from every corner. The kitchen and dining area seamlessly connect to the backyard, allowing for natural ventilation and a refreshing atmosphere.
Although the front yard is not large, it provides a charming green space. The homeowners opted for minimalistic decorations, emphasizing the architectural value of each space.
The master bedroom is centrally located between the rooms of their older son and younger daughter, facilitating close supervision of their studies. Every Saturday night, the whole family gathers in the parents’ bedroom for bonding time and shared sleeping arrangements.
To maintain unified control over screen time, all audiovisual devices are installed only in the master bedroom. A separate dressing room and wardrobe are discreetly tucked behind a partition, keeping the space neat and organized.
The family’s reading nook is designed with warm wooden decor. The reading area is elevated to create a cozy atmosphere while allowing for practical storage space underneath.
The parents and architects carefully designed every corner of the home, paying special attention to their children’s bedrooms. Every decorative element was chosen to support their parenting goals. The daughter’s room was arranged according to her preferences, resulting in a tasteful and charming space.
The housekeeper’s bedroom, located on the first floor, is small but fully equipped and offers a pleasant view of the front yard.
Adorable notes are thoughtfully placed on the children’s bedroom doors, adding a personal touch.
Every room in the house is designed to embrace nature, ensuring abundant natural light and ventilation throughout.
